COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Ability to manage various communication outlets.

• You should posses strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable using Twitter, Telegram, Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Able to offer meaningful support and mentorship to our student community.

• Willing to engage with our students and participate in events.

• Able to work well in a team.

• Able to commit to 4-5 the hours of work per week.

role responsibilities

•Managing email and other communications with all members of the Doceo community from students to anyone who interacts with us on social media.
• Researching trending topics amongst 14 – 18 year olds and feeding this back to the core team.
•Facilitating the organisation of specialised events for students in the Doceo Community.
•Collecting data from students in the community to see how we can improve our services to them.
• Working with copywriter and graphic designer to come up with any promotional material needed for the community.
• Semi-regular training to improve on skills and knowledge.
