TikTok Video Content Creator

Role Requirements:

1. Creating content for TikTok: The TikTok Content creator is responsible for creating 2 tiktoks a day and preparing videos a week in advance to be reviewed by Doceo Directors. Content creation should follow the general themes outlined in the Doceo Content planner. Content should be engaging and helpful to 14 – 18 year olds.
2. Writing captions: Each post must be accompanied by a hashtag that will increase reach.

Tasks are likely to include:

• Creating a comprehensive brief of video ideas for 2 videos a day

• Analysing social media engagement to come up with a strategy for improvement
• Semi-regular training to improve on skills and knowledge
