Our Impact

Value Offering

How do we measure progress?

At Doceo, numbers play a pivotal role in our monitoring and evaluation endeavours. They quantify our impact—showcasing the breadth of students supported through our events, programs, and online resources, the opportunities we offer, and the schools benefiting from our enrichment curriculum.

However, while numbers provide valuable insights, they only paint part of the picture of how our work transforms the lives of countless students who lack access to our resources and opportunities. Our impact extends beyond statistics; it’s seen in the communities we serve. At Doceo, we actively seek and value community feedback—embracing both positive and constructive criticism.

Throughout our events and programmes, we engage students to share their experiences and thoughts, capturing both quantitative and qualitative feedback. This invaluable input ensures our offerings maintain the highest quality and relevance for all participants.

This feedback is integral in defining the enduring impact of our projects. By listening to participants’ voices, we continuously evolve, improving ourselves and our work. This approach positions us to better serve both our current and future community partners.

Stories of Impact

Adedoyin Adeyanju

I’ve learned many skills through my involvement with the Doceo community, such as financial literacy and personal branding. However, one of the most prominent skills I acquired and developed was the ability to network. At the time, I had a keen interest in engineering and it was amazing to connect with people like George Imafidon, CEO of Motivez, who I now do ambassadorial work for.

Donations & Support

Help us grow our impact

From our experience, 88% of employers believe school leavers are not prepared for the workforce. This means that, even when they achieve excellent academic grades, many students are lacking the soft skills needed to jump-start their careers. Our mission is to provide every student with the resources, opportunities and practical knowledge to pursue and excel in their chosen careers. With your support, we can do just that!
