Warner Music

Work Experience

The Warner Music Group work experience scheme is an exciting 4 day programme designed to give young people the opportunity to discover what it’s like to work in the music industry. Over your one week placement, students will be spending time working across a number of teams including our Frontline Labels, Marketing, A&R, Sync, Finance and more! The scheme will run week commencing 5th August 2024 and again on 19th August 2024.

Warner Bros – Film Marketing Role

Warner Bros. is the studio behind the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films, The Batman, Dune, Barbie, Wonka and The Matrix films. As part of the EMEA Film Marketing team, you’ll get to develop a thorough understanding of our marketing campaigns across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and how we maximise the potential of each film release by making sure the audience knows when our film is coming out and why they can’t miss going to the cinema to watch it.

A&O Shearman Accelerate 2024

Programme

A&O Shearman’s Accelerate programme is an interactive, inclusive, and insightful series of workshops and group mentoring sessions for year 13 students from less advantaged backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a career in the commercial law sector. Over the course of five sessions across two weeks in July and August 2024, you will become a part of a small working group with a dedicated A&O Shearman mentor.

House of Commons Speaker’s Office Heritage

Apprenticeship

The Speaker is proud to be launching the ‘Speaker’s Apprenticeship Academy’ which will work to widen the House Service talent pool by creating six new apprentice roles which will be placed across the House of Commons. Apprentices will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skills in the UK Parliament, the home of British democracy.

House of Commons State Apartments Assistant

Apprenticeship

The State Apartments Assistant Apprentice will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who provides support to the State Apartment Manager and Assistant Manager and the wider Speaker’s Office. This role will support the State Apartment Manager in the day-to-day management and facility maintenance of the State Rooms including ensuring guests are welcomed whether meeting the Speaker in a formal or informal capacity, and events including banqueting are planned and delivered to high standards with correct protocols and formalities in place.
