Website Manager

At Doceo, we’re currently experiencing an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a dedicated Website Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing the functionality and user experience of our website.

Working closely with our marketing, administrative, schools, and social media teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our online platform effectively supports our mission to provide students with exceptional opportunities. From managing website updates and troubleshooting issues to collaborating with developers and optimising SEO, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining our digital presence.

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
• Knowledge of WordPress website management interface.
• Be able to be work under your own initiative and be a proactive team member.

Tasks are likely to include:

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the Doceo’s website.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website bugs.
• Work with third-party developers to manage hosting and back-end side of website.
• Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
• Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Work with copy writer to update website with appropriate content aligned with the Doceo’s strategy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the Doceo’s standards.
• Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
• Managing HubSpot CRM to create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
• Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
