Programme Coordinator
The Programme Coordinator (PC) serves as the operational backbone of Doceo’s programmes, acting as a crucial link between the Programme Manager, the organisation, programme participants, and volunteers. This role ensures seamless execution by facilitating communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
The PC is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing both administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth programme delivery. Working closely with the Programme Manager, the PC manages key logistical components, monitors progress, and fosters participant engagement. Their efforts are central to achieving impactful outcomes, ensuring each programme runs efficiently and meets its objectives.

Tasks Are Likely to Include:
- Programme Management and Tracking
- Manage Asana boards to track tasks for ALP, EmpowerED, and Money Matters launches and kick-offs.
- Delegate tasks, meet timelines, and produce event briefs.
- Plan kick-off and graduation sessions in collaboration with the PM.
- Oversee applications, ensuring smooth processing and resolving issues.
- Track participant progress, maintain records, and monitor engagement.
- Volunteer and Student Engagement
- Communicate with volunteers using updated email templates.
- Facilitate introduction calls and gather feedback post-sessions.
- Monitor student progress, provide pastoral care, and ensure smooth mentoring schedules and communication.
- Logistics and Quality Assurance
- Organise virtual or in-person sessions and prepare necessary materials.
- Ensure quality assurance of session content and handle technical issues during delivery.
- Data, Reporting, and Growth
- Collect data on student progress and engagement to inform programme improvements.
- Create and present reports on programme outcomes.
- Participate in weekly reviews to discuss outcomes and strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers on promotional materials.
- Personal and Programme Development
- Attend semi-regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Focus on continuous improvement across ALP, EmpowerED, and Money Matters programmes.
