What did the students and team think?
The programme was a great opportunity, allowing me to connect with professionals and get answers to my inquiries. A huge thank you to Doceo for creating this opportunity for me to learn more about financial budgeting, explore career options at Barclays, and gain insights into effective saving. I'm also very grateful to the professionals I spoke to for answering my questions about the financial world and sharing the journeys they’ve had in their careers.
We welcomed a brilliant group of young people who took part in networking, workshops, career talks, money mule awareness, and even a business challenge where they pitched ideas to some of our colleagues who acted as an investment panel. The creativity and confidence they showed was incredible.
Our investment panel were incredibly impressed by how creative and intelligent the pitches were.
A huge thank you to Regina Tetteh, Paul Edalere, Paolo Negri and Arif I. for sharing your stories and your time so generously and being so inspirational.
This amazing event couldn’t have happened without the incredible Steph L and Zoë M and their incredible team, thank you so much for allowing us to be part of upskilling young people with the tools to help them grow.
To the students - you showed up curious, open, and ready to grow. From your budgeting plans to your investor-style pitches, you reminded us that financial confidence starts early. Your ideas were bold, your energy was unmatched - and we couldn’t be more proud.
Financial literacy is freedom. And it’s our mission at Doceo to keep making that freedom accessible to more young people.
We’re already gearing up for MMP 2026
I'd like to personally thank Doceo for selecting me for this programme as it has opened my eyes to new opportunities.
