Equip Students With Skills for Professional Success

Our Aspiring Leaders Programme serves to equip young people with the employability skills and network they need to thrive after education. Each year, Doceo has increased the number of students accepted on the platform starting with 10 in 2020, 40 in 2022 and 63 in 2024.

The programme entails 8 hours of small group coaching, 3 1-1 mentoring sessions plus additional activities and resources to support the development of employability skills for predominantly underprivileged young people. Our cohorts have seen graduates go on to study at top universities in the UK and US and start apprenticeships at companies like Goldman Sachs.

"I loved this session today on SMART goals! I have a lot of goals that I want to complete for my future but this session helped me understand the big picture to it all, assessing my goals and putting it into the SMART acronym, helping also to break it down into smaller tasks. This is the difference between a wish and a goal. You can wish for all A*s in your A-Levels or you can set a goal of completing 3 marked essays at A* level a week. A very helpful session overall!!"
