Over the past 2 years we have been developing and refining our Aspiring leaders programme. Now in partnership with EY and IBM SkillsBuild, we aim to equip 14-18 year old students (Year 9 – Year 13) with the tools they need to achieve excellence personally, academically and professionally. Over a 6 months period students will develop their soft skills through a series of group coaching sessions, 1-1 mentoring sessions with an EY Professional, interactive solo and group assignments, networking and reflection activities.
Our team work very hard to ensure that each student that passes through the programme is able to benefit from their experience, as a result, our programme has inspired students all over the country to realise their potential, and improve their soft skills. We believe that this programme is equipping the next generation of leaders. Are you ready to be a part of it?

12 hours of intensive group coaching sessions covering 4 key personal development areas.
Build and Expand
Meet aspiring leaders just like you as well as experienced professionals from different industries.
Receive 1-1 Mentorship
from EY Professionals
Regularly meet with your EY mentor and explore the career questions you have about their journey and your career of interest.
Test your soft skill development through a series of quizzes, group tasks and solo challenges.
There are two personal development streams on the programme, split into smaller modules. Students on the programme apply to their stream of preference. Spaces on each stream are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
