A Summer Journey of Student Empowerment
Each year, Doceo has expanded its highly competitive program, increasing student acceptance from 15 in 2023 to 47 in 2024. This year’s two-day transformative experience featured engaging workshops, activities, and hands-on networking with city professionals. Students were divided into two streams based on their career interests: Law (White & Case) and Tech (IBM). On Day 1, participants focused on insight days within their streams, while Day 2 brought the full cohort together for employability skills workshops.

Being awarded ‘Best Student of the Program’ due to my engagement in the content would not have been possible if the conference hadn’t been so interesting, interactive and fun along the way. loved hearing from fellow aspiring solicitor apprentices and law students about their experiences and I’d like to thank Steph and Zoë for making it all possible - I’ve learnt so much and have come away feeling confident and excited about my journey into law! As someone who had an interest in tech, I found this insight day very fruitful as the diverse panel of representatives spoke about their different roles. As someone who's about to enter sixth form, this programme showed me the importance of networking and putting myself forward for opportunities like this.

I’ve had an incredible two days at White & Case LLP, organised by Doceo, and the experience has been truly enriching. I want to thank Steph, Zoë and Pero for organising such a lovely event. I had the privilege of attending an extraordinary insight day at IBM organised by Doceo. The event provided an exploration of the potential of Generative AI within the corporate environment.
