You’ll also explore roles in technology, cyber security, legal, and more, gaining transferable skills for any career path. The experience includes a workplace tour, career zone support (CV writing, applications, interviews, resilience), and a business project where you pitch solutions. The BAE Systems Rochester Work Experience runs from 16 to 20 March 2026 for Year 10 and 11 students. Across the week, you’ll join team‑building activities, tour the site, visit the simulator, and rotate through business functions.
