ALP 2025

Confidence, connections and the practical skills to navigate life after education. Here’s a look back at our 2025 Cohort of the Aspiring Leaders Programme, and the 60 young people who made it their own.

Preparing Young People for Life After Education

Our Aspiring Leaders Programme equips young people with the employability skills and network they need to thrive after education. Since launching in 2020, more than 250 students have been accepted onto the programme, with 60 joining our 2025 cohort, supported by 8 coaches and 25 volunteers and mentors. Each student receives 8 hours of small group coaching and three 1-1 mentoring sessions, alongside additional activities and resources designed for predominantly underprivileged young people. This year 30 mentor-mentee matches were facilitated. Our cohorts have seen graduates go on to study at top universities in the UK and US and start apprenticeships at companies like Goldman Sachs.
